A German  coordinate measuring machine is introduced for full-size inspection to ensure that each product meets the AS9100 aviation quality management system standards. The team has rich experience in aviation parts processing and can handle high-strength workpieces with material hardness above HRC45. Internal stress is eliminated through low-temperature aging treatment, which improves the dimensional stability of parts by 40%. Currently, we have provided fuselage structural parts, engine accessories, etc. for many aviation equipment manufacturers, with a delivery pass rate of 100%.
